Its registered capital is RMB 1.11 billion.

Authorized by Shanghai World Expo Organizing Committee, Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd. is solely responsible for the construction of World Expo Park and World Expo Village, convention and exhibition operation during the World Expo, onsite operation of World Expo and the post-use of the pavilions.
