In accordance with the requirements of the Document on the Sculpture Project Proposal Solicitation Letter for the Site of Expo 2010 Shanghai China, the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and the Shanghai Municipal City Planning Administration organized an expert panel to appraise and select the entries on June 19 and 20, 2008.
