On July 2, the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination concluded an agreement with Mio Technology Limited in Shanghai. The Company officially became the senior sponsor of navigational equipments for World Expo 2010 Shanghai China. In face of the huge navigation demands during the World Expo, Mio Technology Limited will, orienting the theme and goal of Expo Shanghai, specifically provide 7 types of product services including "portable navigator for World Expo exhibition venues" and "Real time message on urban traffic" based on navigation devices. Mio Technology Limited is the first Taiwan funded senior sponsor that singed agreement with the organizers of Expo Shanghai and is also the first senior sponsor of navigation equipments that is introduced by organizers in the history of World Exposition for more than 150 years.
