For the perfect sightseeing places in Shanghai, the Bund nicknamed
epitome of world architectures is definitely one choice, and the other is just
about to take place.
This one is not about convetional architecture, but creative, new styled, and
environmentally friendly. This is the place where foreign pavilions in Expo Site
are located.
But they are still work sites under orderly construction. With the
approaching of year 2010, the place will take its shape as a panorama of
international architectures of different styles.
Up to July 24, 2008, there are all together 54 countries and international
organizations signed participation contracts with Expo Shanghai organizer.
According to incomplete statistics, 13 foreign pavilions have declared their
construction plan.
