The Bureau of Shanghai Expo Coordination has started a series of lectures on etiquette for the coming Expo since April 2, aiming to inform Shanghai citizens of manners on foreign affairs, business, family and community.

Xu Bo, Director of the International Exhibition Business Department of the Expo Bureau, delivered a lecture yesterday afternoon, entitled “Let’s Join in the World”. With his decade-long experience in diplomatic career, he introduced common sense knowledge of etiquette on foreign affairs in detail.

All the courses will be held every Sunday afternoon at Shanghai Library.

Intending to instruct Shanghai citizens how to reflect China’s tradition of good etiquette to the world, the lectures are only for public interest, says the Expo Bureau.
